Most of you will know that google maps has it's own API which allows you to embed a map and other related items into your own web page.

I decided it was about time that I recorded my travels, and it might even be useful for other people wondering where certain photos were taken.

Take a look at my photo trail page, it has a marker for every photo that I've taken for the 'photo of the week'. I'll add to it each week. To make it work, I simply enter the longitude and latitude of each photo (where applicable), so theres very little maintenance needed, which is good - because I will actually use it!
